Mark is a Principal Consultant at South Pole with nearly two decades of experience working across agricultural supply chains, conservation and environmental management.

He spends much of his time guiding food and beverage sector companies in their adoption of corporting GHG accounting methodologies, frameworks and tools, like the GHG Protocol’s Land Sector and Removals Standard, and the Science Based Target Initiative’s Forest, Land and Agriculture (FLAG) Guidance. He also serves as the global solution owner for climate mitigation solution areas including deforestation and conversion free supply chains, regenerative agriculture, and circularity and packaging. Before joining South Pole, Mark served within Unilever’s sustainable sourcing assurance team, where he tracked and evaluated environmental KPIs of large agricultural suppliers.
