The Future of Food and Beverage Forum

12th - 13th May 2026

Amsterdam, Netherlands

About

This conference connects food system practitioners who are tired of surface-level sustainability talk and industry echo chambers. Over two days, we’ll critically assess pathways to sustainable and resilient food systems that deliver value for farmers, business and consumers.

This year's themes

Resilience as a business strategy

We’ll look at how food and beverage brands are reframing sustainability around risk mitigation, value creation, and long-term supply security. We’ll unpack real-life examples of how regenerative agriculture, robust data systems, and collaborative innovation are driving the next phase of business resilience and profitability.

A consumer-led transition

Health, nutrition, and sustainability are converging rapidly. With consumers increasingly linking personal wellbeing to planetary health, brands are under pressure to innovate authentically. We’ll assess how companies can align strategy, R&D, and communications to meet evolving expectations.

A farmer-centric system

From farm to fork, farmers are imperative to the future of food. We’ll highlight the importance of farmer-centric strategies in ensuring that innovation, investment, and regulation align to sustain livelihoods, encourage the next generation, and scale tangible impact on the ground.

Innovating towards net zero

R&D and technological innovation are transforming how the F&B industry is adapting, scaling, and decarbonizing. We’ll evaluate how corporates are integrating climate goals into product design, leveraging traceable data, and adopting digital tools to build more adaptive supply chains.
