Lucie Charbonnel, sustainability director at Amcor EMEA, is a chemistry engineer from the National Chemistry School of Paris and has 25 years of experience in the plastics and packaging industry, in various companies from resin supplier to brand-owner. She evolved through different roles, from technical ones in product and process development, towards business-oriented ones as marketing manager and product line strategy director.

At Amcor, Lucie is now leading the circularity and decarbonisation agendas for Flexible packaging in Europe. She is actively involved with key plastics and packaging trade associations across the value chain (CEFLEX, EXPRA, PRE…) to master the moving legislative landscape, including the topics of PPWR and EPR.
