With over two decades of experience in the FMCG and food manufacturing sectors, Silvana Velasco has built a strong career leading packaging R&D, procurement, planning, and operations.
She currently heads the Packaging R&D and Procurement teams, driving innovation, sustainability, and supplier strategy across Idilia Food’s iconic brands, Colacao and Nocilla, which are leaders in the Spanish market.
Previously, as Head of Planning and IBP Leader, she shaped an integrated business planning culture, optimizing demand, production, and supply chain performance.
She also brings robust technical foundations from her early career in packaging development at Unilever UK and as a manufacturing engineer at Procter & Gamble.
Silvana’s expertise combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep knowledge of packaging, procurement, and supply chain transformation, delivering results through cross-functional leadership and continuous improvement.
