Drawing on his experience with Dow and Trinseo, Jarek brings a strong record in sustainability leadership, business management, and restructuring. He has led cross-functional initiatives across global organizations, driving growth, client-centric solutions and value chain collaborations.
In his spare time, he skies with his wife and three children and loves dogs.
