Brigid Norde-McAleer is a global communications and sustainability leader specialising in purpose-driven narratives, brand visibility, and reputation management across international organisations. With more than 15 years of experience, she has led major global storytelling campaigns that bring clarity to complex sustainability challenges and elevate shared voices across the food and agriculture sector. Brigid has played a central role in aligning multi-organisational coalitions around unified messaging frameworks, shaping industry-wide understanding of regenerative agriculture, climate resilience, and equitable value chains. Her strategic work spans executive advisory, issues and crisis management, integrated campaign direction, and stakeholder engagement across EMEA, the US, and LATAM.

In her current role as Director of Communications at SAI Platform, Brigid leads the organisation’s global communications strategy, driving its evolution into a recognised authority on sustainable food sourcing and production. She oversees narrative development, media and digital strategy, and member engagement for one of the world’s largest alliances of food and beverage companies working toward nature-positive transformation. Her earlier career includes communications leadership in public-policy networks and entrepreneurship, having founded and grown a successful training consultancy in Madrid. Brigid holds an MSc in Communication Science and brings a culturally informed perspective shaped by her background in art history, languages, and global environmental affairs.
