Appointed Sustainability Director in 2024, Raphaelle oversees Volcafe’s sustainability strategy across the world. She brings over 12 years of experience in sustainability of tropical agricultural commodities, across Latin America and Africa.
Raphaelle holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish literature from McGill University and a master’s degree in international development from the London School of Economics.
Prior to joining Volcafe, Raphaelle oversaw the sustainability department in Sucden’s cocoa department for over seven years and held the position of Sustainability Manager at Transmar Group for over four years.
