Policy alignment: How linking business strategy to national climate roadmaps can accelerate the shift to net zero

Plenary
Back to agenda

As countries turn climate commitments into policies, incentives and regulation, companies are facing a more complex operating environment. For businesses working across multiple geographies and supply chains, knowing where to align and where to invest is becoming increasingly challenging.

This session will explore which countries are leading the way on climate action and what businesses can learn from them. Speakers will examine how retailers are aligning operations with national priorities, share observations on how suppliers are responding to evolving policy expectations and identify where opportunities remain to access public funding and incentives. The discussion will provide a practical look at how businesses can navigate a shifting policy landscape while strengthening long-term resilience and competitiveness.
