Rachel is leading a portfolio of global sustainability initiatives at the ALDI SOUTH Group, focused on transforming high-impact agricultural supply chains through sustainable cocoa and coffee strategies, compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), and broader climate and nature goals.
She oversees teams working on systemic transformation approaches — including regenerative agriculture, land restoration, climate finance mechanisms, living income strategies, and collaborative public-private partnerships — aimed at helping drive measurable impact for farmers, landscapes, and global sourcing systems alike. Originally from the United States, she currently lives in Salzburg, Austria with her husband and two children.
