Gender & Equality Lead at the Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP)

Ethical Tea Partnership

Olivia Jenkins is the Gender & Equality Lead at the Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP), a global membership organisation working with members, partners, and other stakeholders to address some of the tea sector’s most pressing challenges across livelihoods, equality, and the environment. Olivia leads ETP’s work on gender equality and social inclusion across tea-producing countries in Africa and Asia, providing technical leadership on the design and implementation of programmes that promote women’s leadership, economic inclusion, safe and respectful workplaces and more equitable outcomes within tea-growing communities. She also works with tea brands and packers to identify and address gender-related risks within their supply chains. Prior to joining ETP, Olivia worked as a gender and social inclusion consultant at Social Development Direct. She holds a Master’s degree with Distinction in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex.
