Cancellation Policy

Places are transferable without any charge. But once you log in to the online platform or sign in at an in-person conference your pass is strictly for your own use and you shall not reassign, transfer or lend it to any other person whether or not they are employed by the same company.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the date of booking will be refunded, less a 25% administrative charge. If you cancel your registration thereafter, we will be obliged to charge the full fee. Please note, cancellations are not possible if delegates have logged in to the online platform or if the conference is within 30 days. 
  
 Payment must be received before the event.

In the event that Innovation Forum cancels a conference, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be refunded in full. In the event that Innovation Forum postpones a conference, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards delegate pass(es) for the rescheduled date. 

 

If an event is scheduled to take place in person, but government restrictions prevent that event from taking place, Innovation Forum is prepared to deliver the conference online. Delegate tickets will be transferred automatically to the online conference. Any difference in ticket price between an in person and an online conference will be retained by the delegate as credit. 

 

If a delegate is unable to travel to the conference due to government restrictions, they can either:

     a) Transfer their ticket to a colleague         

     b) Obtain credit for the full value of ticket price

 

Innovation Forum shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in fulfilling its obligations for the period that such failure or delay is beyond its reasonable control, materially affects the performance of any of its obligations, and could not reasonably have been foreseen or provided against, but will not be excused for failure or delay resulting from only general economic conditions or other general market effects.

Please make sure your payment is received by Innovation Forum in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received before the event, a credit card payment will be required at the time of delegate registering on the day of the conference.

Innovation Forum reserves the right to make changes to the program without notice.

Early Bird and Group discounts only apply to full price conference passes as advertised on web-based and print literature.

Conference Photography

Conference photography and professional filming might take place for public promotional and archival purposes. Entry constitutes consent to being photographed. If you would prefer to not be photographed, please let the photographer know.

Any event filming that takes place will not violate Chatham House rules.
