IF produces conferences and events, publishes analysis and insight, and provides training, advisory and research services to companies all over the world.

In 2017 our events and publishing are mainly focused on supply chain issues, from palm oil and pulp and paper to textiles, sugar, seafood and cotton. We also focus on the farmers, communities and workers in supply chains, working in areas such as smallholder farmer empowerment and business and human rights and development.

Beyond supply chains we also produce events on consumer engagement and the measurement of sustainability efforts by large companies, and will be expanding in other areas in 2017.

We also produce several supporting webinars throughout the year that bring together relevant stakeholders to discuss important sustainability issues, we host these on the ‘podcast’ section of our website. If you would like to collaborate with us on a webinar you can learn more here.

On the training front, we work with one of the world's largest companies providing general corporate responsibility and sustainability training to more than 50 of their key employees and work with them on sustainability strategy as a "critical friend".

We also work with other large companies and industry groups on research, advisory and training work, covering areas such as overall trends and strategy, stakeholder engagement and specific supply chain sustainability.
