Roundtable Workshop

14:05 - 14:50
These 12 roundtable discussions are intentionally designed to deepen the insights and actionable ideas raised during the closing panel session. Each table will be a focused hub for conversation, bringing together diverse perspectives from across commodity supply chains. The roundtables will tackle key issues around supply chain transformation, landscape collaboration, and best practices for scalable solutions, helping to move beyond theoretical discussions and into concrete, real-world strategies.

The Provocateur’s Role: To ensure each roundtable is as engaging and productive as possible, a provocateur will be appointed to each discussion. This individual will serve as a catalyst for conversation—facilitating discussions, challenging assumptions, and provoking deeper thinking. Their role is to prompt participants to share specific challenges they face, allowing the group to collaboratively explore and develop practical solutions.

The aim is to create an environment where attendees can transform conference discussions into practical strategies tailored to their unique operational contexts.
