Part one: Case studies highlighting alternative approaches to large-scale collaboration.

What are the differences, why the different terminology and what does success look like?

Part two: Interactive working groups to take lessons from the above case studies and assess how they can be applied across different geographies.

We’ll develop guidance into the practical steps to identify, establish and implement an impactful landscape approach.
