The all-encompassing SDGs can pose a daunting proposition. There is a risk that companies get bogged down and stretch resources too thinly, across too many different areas. Companies must utilise the goals to determine and prioritise material areas. They should
be used to strengthen and adapt existing activities, not distract from them. In this session we’ll discuss:
• You can’t do it all. So how do you show you take all the SDGs seriously, but focus on those that matter most to your business?
• Beyond virtue signaling: How do you credibly fit existing work into the framework, and use that to unlock internal resources
• How to apply the all-encompassing SDGs to company strategy, without distracting or overwhelming sustainability teams
