Matt Saunders is Managing Partner of New Earth Ventures based in New York City. Matt is an experienced private equity and venture capital investor with expertise bridging the physical and digital worlds with a focus on infrastructure, AI software, alternative materials, and energy. Most recently, Matt was a Venture Partner and Principal at Helena where he was integral in creating the firm’s for-profit strategy and building its business. Prior to that, Matt held roles at Global Infrastructure Partners, Barclays, and the White House. Matt is a graduate of Princeton with a summa cum laude degree in Politics and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
