Kevin O’Donnell

Vice President, Sustainability

Imperial Brady

Kevin O’Donnell leads Imperial Brady’s enterprise sustainability strategy, driving a coordinated, business-aligned approach across the organization. In this newly established role, he partners cross-functionally to set priorities, strengthen capabilities, and advance practical, responsible solutions that support the company’s operations, customers, and stakeholders.

He oversees sustainability data governance and reporting – including greenhouse gas emissions – and guides the company’s response to evolving environmental requirements such as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws and regulations related to product ingredients, packaging and materials.

Kevin also leads stakeholder engagement and external partnerships that shape Imperial Brady’s sustainability direction. His focus on translating sustainability strategies into measurable business outcomes supports Imperial Brady’s continued integration and growth as a unified enterprise.

With more than two decades of sustainability and operational leadership experience at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Dairy Farmers of America, General Mills, and Nike, Kevin brings deep expertise in decarbonization, responsible sourcing, supply-chain sustainability, eco-efficiency, circularity, and enterprise program building.
