Terryn Lawrence is Executive Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer for Rabobank North America, serving on both the North American Executive Team and the Global Sustainability Management Team. She leads the region’s sustainability strategy, translating Rabobank’s global ambitions into client‑focused initiatives supporting the food system and energy transitions across rural, corporate, and investment banking.

With more than 15 years of leadership experience, Terryn has held senior roles spanning sustainable finance, carbon management, and ESG‑focused technology, including founding and scaling mission‑driven companies. She holds an MBA from the University of Arkansas and a BA from Hendrix College, with executive education from the University of Cambridge and Harvard University.
