Burgess Davis is Senior Vice President, Chief Sustainability Officer for PepsiCo North America. Burgess joined PepsiCo in 2014 and currently leads sustainability strategy, governance, and implementation efforts across PepsiCo’s U.S. and Canada Foods and Beverages businesses.

Prior to this role, Burgess served in a variety of leadership roles within PepsiCo, including U.S. beverage strategy, global sustainable packaging, and global sustainability strategy. She was also Chief of Staff for PepsiCo’s Chairman and CEO, serving as an advisor and leading strategic efforts.

Before joining PepsiCo, Burgess held roles at the consulting firm Booz & Co. and the investment bank Lehman Brothers.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences from Northwestern University and an MBA with concentrations in Strategy and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business

Burgess is based in Purchase, NY and lives in New York City with her husband and son.
