Fair Wear

Sushasini Singh has been with Fair Wear for over a decade and has worked in different roles within the organization. Since 2023 she is part of the management, working as the Head of Supply Chain Engagement at Fair Wear. She oversees organisation’s work across all production countries and engagement with critical stakeholders. She provides strategic direction on Meaningful Stakeholder Engagement (MSE) and Social Dialogue and ensures continued and strengthened work in production countries. She is an expert on conflict resolution and mediation. Before joining Fair Wear Ms. Singh worked with a labour rights organisation in Bangalore, India.
