Michelle French serves as Senior Director of Global Sustainability Programs at ADM, where she leads the company’s sustainability strategy, including greenhouse gas (GHG) calculation and reduction, sustainability reporting and disclosure, sustainable supply chain initiatives, human rights and regenerative agriculture programs. She works closely with key supply chain stakeholders—ranging from farmers to downstream customers—as well as external partners such as NGOs and investors to advance and communicate ADM’s sustainability vision.
In addition to her role at ADM, Michelle is a member of the Board of Directors for Sedex, where she contributes to governance as part of the Audit and Risk Committee. With over a decade of prior experience in environmental compliance, she brings a strong foundation in regulatory expertise to her sustainability leadership. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources and Environmental Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
