John Tinsley is Vice President and Co-Founder at Therm, where he leads partnerships connecting high-impact climate projects with investors committed to measurable, immediate action. At Therm, John advances practical climate solutions across sectors ranging from food waste reduction to food supply chain refrigerant management. He’s passionate about turning climate ambition into data-driven, tangible emissions reductions and helping companies invest where results matter most. John holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Diego and a Masters of Engineering Management from Duke University.
