Dwane is actively involved in the research and testing of water conservation technologies. He sponsors field demonstration workshops throughout the year, bringing local growers together with top ag tech companies and crop production & water conservation experts.

Dwane is a motivated and engaged agriculture manager with expertise in land management, crop production, and equipment maintenance. He is proficient in cost & labor management with proven ability to work effectively with employees and vendors to maximize crop revenues and minimize operational costs.
