Kaitlin Campbell

Director, Pantry Sourcing

Sam's Club, Walmart

Kaitlin Campbell is passionate about building supply networks that support thriving communities and regenerative agriculture/aquaculture. As Sourcing Director for Sam’s Club Pantry, Kaitlin leads resilient sourcing for private brand grocery staples like coffee, chocolate, canned tuna, and water. In her previous role, Kaitlin led Walmart Grocery Surety of Supply and developed innovative supplier partnerships and upstream initiatives to strengthen the food system and mitigate long-term supply risks. Prior to joining Walmart in 2019, Kaitlin served for six years at nonprofit ACDI/VOCA, advancing smallholders’ market access and climate-smart farm productivity through USAID and USDA programs.
