Yelena Mogelefsky is Senior Vice President of Sourcing and Production for Komar’s Intimates Division, where she leads global teams across US, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. With over two decades in the fashion industry, she has dedicated her career to building supply chains that are not only efficient and high-performing but also ethical, transparent, and people-centered.

At Komar, Yelena oversees the sourcing and production of sleepwear, intimates, kids’, and activewear, driving sustainability initiatives that align with the company’s ESG and traceability goals. She is leading efforts to enhance visibility and accountability through digital, helping Komar advance toward a more transparent and responsible sourcing model.

Prior to Komar, Yelena held leadership roles at Foot Locker, Li & Fung, and Hanes Brand Inc. She also serves as an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology, mentoring future leaders on ethical trade and innovation in global sourcing. A frequent industry speaker and advocate for women’s leadership in global supply chains, Yelena is passionate about collaboration, integrity, and purposeful progress—principles that shape her work and leadership every day.
