Innovation Forum is an independent London-based company with decades of collective experience in sustainability events and publishing. We research, create, and facilitate debate-driven, focused events tackling the critical business sustainability challenges around the world.

Over the past few years we’ve created successful annual and regional events, including those focused on preventing deforestation, sustainable agriculture, human rights and modern slavery and industry specific conferences in sustainable apparel and sustainable packaging.

Yes, we offer a small number of places to students studying in relevant fields. We ask for some assistance over the two conference days in return for access to the conference sessions and learning and networking opportunities. Email Niamh at niamh.campbell@innovationforum.co.uk for more details.

No. As the event runs under the Chatham House rule, we don’t offer official media passes. If you’re a journalist interested in attending in that spirit, we’d be happy to discuss — please get in touch with Niamh at niamh.campbell@innovationforum.co.uk.

Networking is built into the agenda, with over seven hours of dedicated breaks across the conference. There’s also a drinks reception at the end of Day 1.

Our event app is a useful tool here too as participants can view the full attendee list and message other delegates directly to arrange meetings. A number of additional events are also organised around the conference itself by our partners; we’ll collate these into a full schedule closer to the date to help you make the most of your time in NYC.

No. Innovation Forum events run exclusively in person, under the Chatham House rule, to enable open and honest dialogue. We’re unable to accommodate online participation, but do encourage you to join our events and schedule of virtual webinars instead. You can find the full list here.

Your pass includes admission to the event on all conference days including food and beverages throughout the duration of the conference (refreshment breaks and lunch). This also includes any pre-event drinks and networking drinks as stated in the agenda. Please note pass sharing is not allowed.

Innovation Forum does not cover any accommodation or transportation costs.

The passes for the event are categorized as follows: the NGO/Academic Pass is for representatives from NGOs, the public sector, and academia; the Standard Corporate Pass is for corporate representatives; and the Service Provider Pass is required for for-profit consultancies, large material innovators, technology providers and service providers.

Please note that the pass category is at full discretion of Innovation Forum, and all companies are checked and approved by our team. If your company or job title does not match the pass you selected, you will be asked to choose another option.

To encourage cross-departmental engagement across areas such as procurement, marketing and product development, we are offering a group discount of three tickets for the price of two to brands and retailers that bring at least one representative from outside their sustainability team.

You can register as normal through the registration page under the 3-for-2 discount, and the discount will be applied automatically. You will be asked to input one person’s details at the formal checkout and we will hold the two spaces until you share their contact details as we understand internal confirmations can take time. The conference lead will email directly to confirm the details of those additional team members.

Please note that this offer is only applicable to representatives from brands and retailers.

Upon payment you will receive an automatic email confirming your registration. This email will include a link to your receipt, a link to manage your booking, as well as your booking confirmation number. The project director will also send you a separate confirmation email with some further information on the event.

Your invoice is included in your confirmation email. Scroll to the registration summary and click “view your receipt” to download it.

Upon registration, you’ll receive access to our attendee guide in the confirmation email. This will be continually updated as planning progresses to ensure all logistics, FAQs and events are made clear for all attendees.

Tickets are transferable to colleagues without charge. Please inform Niamh at niamh.campbell@innovationforum.co.uk with any changes.

Please note pass sharing is not allowed across the event days.

As per our Terms & Conditions, cancellations made within 14 days of the date of booking will be refunded, less a 25% administrative charge. If you cancel your registration thereafter, we will be obliged to charge the full fee. Please note, cancellations are not possible if the conference is within 30 days.
