Alexandra Peters is a sustainability professional dedicated to embedding ethical and sustainable practices into retail businesses. As the Social Responsibility Director at Princess Polly, she successfully developed and implemented the 2025 social responsibility strategy. Together with the dedicated team at Princess Polly, she established a best-in-class ethical sourcing program, obtained approval for near and long-term Science Based Targets from the SBTi, secured B Corp certification, and increased the use of Lower Impact materials to 40% of their products. Alexandra is dedicated to inspiring team members from diverse backgrounds to collaborate on driving positive change. She holds a Master’s in Sustainability and Social Innovation from HEC Paris and is honoured to be a Climate Reality Leader.
