Sarah Allibhoy is Associate Director of Strategy and Insights at Nuuly, URBN’s fashion rental subscription service. She leads the sustainability strategy for a brand that is built around extending the life of clothes – using data and insights to help teams across the business make decisions that keep garments in circulation longer and make the case that rental is gentler on the planet..

Sarah holds an MBA from MIT Sloan with a Certificate in Sustainability. She has spent her career at the intersection of business strategy and environmental impact, including early work scaling a sustainability-focused venture in East Africa.
