Courtney Culbreath is the Associate Director of Corporate Social Responsibility & ESG at GUESS, Inc., where she leads ESG strategy across North America and works to embed sustainability throughout global operations. With over a decade of experience in apparel manufacturing, Courtney brings a cross-functional approach that spans product development, supply chain operations, sustainability, and brand storytelling.

At GUESS, Courtney oversees sustainability reporting and policy execution, advances sustainable material initiatives, circularity frameworks, and drives vendor compliance and responsible sourcing in partnership with global teams. She leads programs that promote ethical labor practices, culture and inclusion, and corporate nonprofit partnerships, while shaping communications that reinforce transparency and measurable impact.

Courtney’s background includes luxury product development and global production, along with a strong foundation in community-centered storytelling. She is the co-founder of RVA Fashion Week and Luxe Art PR, where she has supported emerging designers and brands through creative strategy and authentic communications, an experience that continues to inform her approach to sustainability and brand integrity.

In addition to her role at GUESS, Courtney serves as a Board Member for Black Girls Tennis Club, where she supports strategic partnerships, visibility, and mission-driven growth at the intersection of tennis, culture, and wellness.
