Tanya is the chief operating officer and head of stakeholder engagement at Innovation Forum. Cross-functionally, Tanya has led on many of the organisation’s most complex, and successful, projects looking at issues such as sustainable and regenerative agriculture, smallholder resilience, circularity and ethical commodity sourcing.
As head of the stakeholder engagement and communications unit at Innovation Forum, her role combines programme design, facilitation, client delivery, and team strategy. Tanya works closely with partners to understand their priorities, co-develop engagement strategies and deliver projects that help build alignment across teams and stakeholders, and raise awareness of leading sustainability initiatives in an honest and authentic manner.
As COO, Tanya plays a central role in shaping overall organisational strategy, scaling new business areas, and supporting the full team through periods of growth and change. She also regularly moderates high-level panels with senior executives and thought leaders at Innovation Forum’s global events.
Tanya grew up in Vienna, Austria, is fluent in English, French and German, and holds a MA in business management from the University of Edinburgh.
