Niamh Campbell

Senior Project Manager

Niamh is a senior project manager specialising in sustainability in the textiles and apparel industry. She works across Innovation Forum’s events and publishing programmes, managing the full lifecycle of two annual conferences alongside a year-round schedule of webinars, articles and industry insights.

She focuses on programme development, stakeholder engagement and shaping discussions that support practical and achievable progress across the sector.

She is committed to meaningful multi-stakeholder engagement, working with brands, suppliers, policymakers, investors and civil society to advance positive impact in the sustainable apparel and textiles sector. Her areas of interest include circular business model viability, the effects of climate change on workers and communities, and innovation in manufacturing and materials. She believes sustainability should be embedded in core supply chain management and supported by clear, evidence-based storytelling.

She has lived and worked in the UK, Italy and Australia and holds a double-first in geography from the University of Oxford. Niamh is dedicated to continuous learning, including completing short courses at Central Saint Martins and other institutions while working at Innovation Forum.
