From Chicago O’Hare International Airport, you can reach the venue via the CTA Blue Line to Jackson. The hotel is located by of the University of Chicago campus: it is bordered by the green space of the Midway Plaisance, and just steps from the future Obama Presidential Center, the Museum of Science and Industry, Logan Center Exhibitions, and Smart Museum of Art.

Conference attendees can benefit from a discount on rooms at The Study, the event venue.

Your confirmation email includes a link you can use to book at the discounted rate. Please note that there’s limited availability, so we suggest to book soon.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible, but please do contact us if you have specific concerns or need specific accommodations.

Due to security restrictions, pass sharing is not permitted. If your colleague would like to attend, they will need to register separately. For those who can only attend some of the conference, single-day tickets are available at request.

Yes. The event is business casual.

Yes. There are quiet areas near the registration desk at The Study, and on the second floor where some conference sessions take place.

All conference participants have access to every session on the agenda. No pre-registration is required for plenary, Solution Hubs, roundtables or networking.

We’ll be running a happy hour in the evening prior to the conference. Come join us for a drink and meet some of your fellow attendees.

More information will be shared with registered attendees closer to the date.

Throughout the two days, we’ll provide a light breakfast, lunch, snacks and refreshments.

Yes. We can cater to a wide range of dietary requirements, please email us any specific requirements at least 1 week prior to the conference.

Yes, you’re welcome to take photos at the event. We’ll also have an official photographer, and photos will be shared via email following the event.

No. Video and audio recording is not permitted, in line with Chatham House rules.

Throughout the event, there are 6+ hours of networking, including evening drinks at the end of Day 1, meals and breaks, and pre-conference drinks on October 26th.

The event app is additionally a great tool to network with other attendees in the week before the event.

Yes. The event app will be launched 1 week before  the conference. You’ll receive login information via email then. Download it in advance to plan your schedule, book closed-room discussions, share your interests, message others and view the attendee list.

The attendee list will be available in the event app one week before the conference. Please note, no printed copies will be available to reduce waste.

There is a seating area on the ground floor by the hotel reception, which we recommend using for meetings.

There might be some quiet spaces available on on the first floor, where conference sessions take place. Please approach the Innovation Forum team on the day to assess availability.
