Rosie Wollacott is Head of Sustainability at Mulberry, the British lifestyle brand, where she has spent over a decade driving transformative change across the sustainability spectrum. Rosie leads the delivery of Mulberry’s Made to Last Manifesto, guiding the brand’s journey toward a regenerative and circular business model.

Under her leadership, Mulberry achieved B Corp certification, validated science-based targets, and launched The Mulberry Exchange, one of the luxury sector’s leading circular economy programmes which has grown by 42% since its launch in 2020. Rosie has been instrumental in positioning Mulberry as a pioneer in sustainable leather sourcing, with the brand becoming a founding partner of the Sustainable Leather Foundation.

Recognised as a rising leader in sustainability, Rosie was named to edie’s 2020 30 Under 30 and featured on Walpole’s 2022 Power List as a Future Proofer. She currently serves on the Sustainable Leather Foundation’s Advisory Board, where she contributes to advancing responsible practices across the leather industry.
