Throughout her career, Katrina has partnered with heritage and premium labels where product quality, brand protection, and supplier integrity are non negotiable. This includes experience with complex supply bases where craftsmanship, materials provenance, and responsible production standards must meet both brand expectations and global regulatory requirements. Her background gives her a deep understanding of how luxury and elevated brands balance the need for transparency with the requirement to protect their creative and commercial advantage.

Katrina’s expertise spans sourcing, transparency, and traceability solutions, with leadership roles that sit at the intersection of sustainability, supply chain innovation, and artificial intelligence. She has worked closely with global retailers, premium fashion houses, and strategic manufacturing partners to strengthen their operations with a focus on responsible sourcing, compliance, and end to end visibility.
