Joe Mountain is the Sustainability Manager at N Brown Group, where he leads strategic initiatives across environmental and social impact. With a background in textile and fabric development, Joe has worked in both denim innovation and luxury textiles before transitioning into broader sustainability leadership. He is the founder of Future Fashion Fair, a not-for-profit platform dedicated to cultivating circular fashion and textile ecosystems. Recognised as one of Drapers’ 30 Under 30 in 2024, Joe has been acknowledged for his contributions to responsible business application and material innovation.
