Jodie Leek is Head of ESG for Partner Brands at ASOS, where she leads the delivery of the company’s commitments on human rights and environmental impact management across its global partner brand portfolio. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, Jodie focuses on building aligned, long‑term approaches that strengthen transparency and shared responsibility across complex international supply chains.

With more than 25 years’ experience in retail, sourcing and sustainability, Jodie has held senior roles spanning category management, human rights and responsible sourcing. Her career has given her a deep, practical understanding of how products are made, where risks sit, and how brands, retailers and suppliers can work together to drive meaningful improvement.

Jodie is particularly focused on strengthening brand partnerships as a lever for impact — supporting partners to meet rising expectations, improve data quality and embed human rights and environmental considerations into day‑to‑day operations which delivering practical, lasting impact for workers, communities, and the environment.
