Gemma leads Oritain’s sales and account management teams, spearheading strategies, and programs to deliver exceptional client success. Based in Oritain’s London office, she joined the company in 2025.

With over 20 years of experience in sales and operations leadership, Gemma has held senior roles across the supply chain, facilities management, manufacturing, and construction sectors—spanning both technology and service-based solutions in the UK and North America. Prior to joining Oritain, she held senior roles at Alcumus Group and Sodexo.

Gemma holds a Master of Science from the University of Reading and is a passionate advocate for mentoring, leadership development, and advancing women in the workplace.
