Faiza Jamil

Innovation Manager

Fashion for Good

Faiza Jamil is Innovation Manager at Fashion for Good, where she works on one of the fashion industry’s most complex challenges: scaling innovative processing technologies and clean energy from pilot to commercial reality.

With over a decade of experience working in Pakistan at the cusp of global textile manufacturing hubs, Faiza brings first-hand, on-the-ground insight into how suppliers respond to innovation—and what it truly takes to make solutions viable, inclusive, and adoptable at factory level.

Faiza has worked in various corporate settings, including academia where she led research on innovative textile substrates, corporate manufacturing where she experienced how margin pressures tug against sustainability, as well as Asia-based climate philanthropic organizations working to mobilize finance for an inclusive and clean energy transition.

Currently, Faiza leads Future Forward Factories, a flagship initiative at Fashion for Good that aims to reset how processing technologies are designed and deployed on factory floors in a way that aligns with net-zero pathways and just transition principles.
