Head of Sustainability

Zalando

Elizabeth Carttar is Head of Sustainability at Zalando SE, a role she stepped into at the beginning of 2024. She is passionate about using business as a force for good and specialises in aligning financial performance with sustainability goals to support long-term growth and resilience.

With experience spanning sustainability strategy, organisational change and entrepreneurial leadership, Elizabeth works at the intersection of innovation and impact.
