Sustainable Apparel and Textiles Conference

29th - 30th April 2026

Amsterdam, Netherlands

August Bard Bringéus

Co-founder and CEO

Asket

Asket was founded in 2015 to create and continuously refine a single permanent collection: A strictly limited range of timeless essentials, crafted exclusively in Europe from natural fibers. Aiming to inspire a fulfilled life, through meaningful relationships with material goods, and an appreciation for all that goes into creating them, Asket is built on full transparency and lifecycle responsibility: Every Asket piece comes with groundbreaking traceability, complementary repair services and end-of-life take back.

August Bard Bringéus is the co-founder and CEO of Asket, where he oversees the brand, working across product, marketing, e-commerce and retail. Over the past decade, he has helped establish Asket as a leading voice in responsible fashion.

Driven by a desire to reshape the industry, August has introduced breakthrough practices such as Asket’s Traceability Standard — aiming for 100% supply-chain transparency — the Impact Receipt, detailing the environmental footprint of every garment, and Asket’s retail concept.
