Victoria's Secret & Co

Sarah Moore, MBA, leads Sustainability at Victoria’s Secret & Co., where she built the company’s ESG function and leads efforts to embed sustainability into business operations. Her work focuses on turning complex, fast-evolving environmental and social challenges into clear, actionable decisions that drive business performance and brand trust.

She partners across functions to align teams around scalable solutions.
