Randi Marshall is Head of U.S. Government & Public Affairs for H&M Americas, where she leads the fashion retailer’s regional public policy strategy and stakeholder engagement efforts. Ms. Marshall has over 15 years of experience covering a diverse portfolio of policy issues, including trade, technology and circularity policy.

She holds a Masters in Public Administration and Public Policy from the University of Baltimore, and a Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
