Jeffrey Fitzpatrick is the Director of Corporate Sustainability at Canada Goose. He leads the company’s Corporate Sustainability team and directs all work related to climate action, circularity, traceability, responsible materials, and ESG disclosure. His role supports decision making across the business and ensures that sustainability commitments are met through clear systems, strong governance, and cross functional coordination.

Prior to Canada Goose, Jeffrey held senior sustainability roles at Mars, Cargill, and McDonald’s where he led many climate, responsible sourcing, and environmental initiatives.

In 2021, Jeffrey was named to the inaugural list of the Top 50 Influencers in Canadian Agriculture.
