reDesign Consulting

Chana Rosenthal is a recognized strategist and operator at the intersection of apparel operations and sustainable business transformation, known for bridging the gap between sustainability strategy and real-world execution across brands, organizations, and the industry at large. She brings a rare combination of deep industry experience including an established design career at Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, and American Eagle/AEO and a designer’s approach to systems thinking and creative problem-solving, together with rigorous business acumen.

She leads reDesign Consulting, a sustainable business advisory firm, working with brands, industry organizations, and institutions to embed sustainability into business operations, financial decision-making, and supply chain practice, advancing both financial viability and ethical responsibility across the value chain.

Chana is also an adjunct professor in the Business and Society Program at NYU Stern, where she teaches the application of the Return on Sustainable Investment (ROSI™) methodology and the industry framework she helped architect for the apparel sector through her extensive work with the NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business. She continues to apply and advance the ROSI™ framework working with organizations focused on supply chain impact and transformation and has consulted for the NYU Stern Center for Business and Human Rights. She serves on the Associate Council for Delivering Good, a nonprofit that redirects excess inventory to communities in need through a national partner network.
