Target

Allie Glinski is a global social impact and human rights leader with 15+ years of experience helping companies turn equity, sustainability, and community investment into measurable business and social value. She currently serves as Senior Manager of Human Rights & Social Sustainability at Target, where she leads enterprise strategy, global partnerships, and supply chain initiatives reaching 3,000+ suppliers worldwide. In this role she leads key social sustainability goals – developing and implementing strategies with internal Target teams, global suppliers, NGO implementing partners, and peer brands. Throughout her career, she has advised major brands, foundations, and NGOs on gender equity, philanthropy, and inclusive growth in more than 15 countries.

Prior to joining Target, Allie spent over a decade conducting research, advocacy, and advisory on gender equity and women’s empowerment programs with international NGOs.

She holds a Master’s Degree in International Development from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in English & Psychology from University of Michigan.
