Aurubis

Vedrana Lemor has served as head of corporate sustainability at Aurubis since October 2024, with responsibility for ESG reporting, responsible sourcing, and decarbonisation. She also serves as the company’s human rights officer. Prior to this role, she led the ESG reporting workstream within the sustainability department. Vedrana has been with Aurubis for eight years.
Before joining Aurubis, Vedrana worked for a political foundation and served as head of office at a sustainability network representing German industry. She began her career as a parliamentary assistant to several Members of the European Parliament in Brussels and Strasbourg, focusing on climate and industrial policy. She holds a degree in Business Administration.
