Marina Hornasek-Metzl is vice president corporate ESG and quality at AT&S, where she leads the company’s ESG and Quality teams, overseeing sustainability strategy, regulatory compliance, decarbonisation, circular economy programmes, and sustainable supply chain management.
With nearly 30 years of international experience, Marina has held senior sustainability roles at PwC Austria, where she led ESG projects for major listed companies, and at Mondi, where she drove sustainability initiatives across global packaging and paper value chains.
She holds a doctorate from St. Elisabeth University in Bratislava and a master’s degree in International Economics from the University of Vienna, and completed the Business & Sustainability Programme at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
Marina has been recognised with the ESG Transparency Award in 2024 and 2025, the ESG Award for Austria’s Leading Companies 2024, the Vienna Stock Exchange Phoenix Sustainability Prize 2023, and the European Climate Leader 2026 recognition.
