Jennifer Brewer

Jennifer Brewer is the Financial Controller for GemFair at De Beers Group, where she brings expertise in financial governance, programme oversight and stakeholder engagement to responsible sourcing initiatives. A Chartered Accountant by training, Jennifer combines financial expertise with experience across sustainability programmes and is particularly interested in the challenges and opportunities of scaling responsible sourcing initiatives while maintaining commercial viability, transparency, and positive social impact. GemFair works to support artisanal and small-scale diamond miners in Sierra Leone through safer, more responsible mining practices and improved access to formal markets.
