Anna Pierce

As Director of Sustainability, Anna works to focus Tate & Lyle’s sustainability program on initiatives and partnerships that provide the greatest opportunity for positive impact in support of the company’s purpose. Working with commercial teams, procurement and others, Anna supports customers in their sustainability journeys, enabling access to regenerative agriculture programs and supporting chain transparency through data sharing. Anna also oversees company efforts to achieve ambitious environmental targets, including significant greenhouse gas emissions reductions in both Tate & Lyle’s global manufacturing network and supply chain, with a commitment to be carbon net zero by 2050.
