Anupam Shahi is the Global Head of Sustainable Trade Product at HSBC, where he leads the strategic development and commercialisation of ESG linked trade finance solutions for Corporate & Institutional Banking clients. With over two decades of experience across emerging & developed markets, Anupam is at the forefront of structuring Sustainable supply chain solutions, Green & Social lending, focussing on climate tech, renewables, and large-scale decarbonisation initiatives in collaboration with Multilateral development banks (MDBs). A thought leader in industry-wide decarbonisation, particularly in the apparel sector and actively shapes global standards such as ICC principles of sustainable trade finance.
